12.) Miami Dolphins - RB - RASHAAD PENNY
Penny is a thickly built downhill runner. He has a surprising burst to hit the hole and accelerate to the second level. Penny is fast for a big back and can run away from the defense when he gets to the open field.

13.) Cincinnati Bengals - WR - D.J. MOORE
Moore is a gritty receiver with speed and quickness to generate separation. With his vertical speed and suddenness out of breaks, Moore is a threat to stretch the field and can challenge defensive backs deep downfield.

14.) Baltimore Ravens - RB - NICK CHUBB
If Chubb continues to get back the rare speed and explosiveness he had before the injury, he could end up being a first-round talent who is picked up at a bargain. At it stands right now, Chubb looks like a future starter in the NFL with the ability to be a steady motor for a rushing attack.

17.) Tampa Bay Bucs - WR - COURTLAND SUTTON
Sutton is a mismatch weapon with his excellent size, body control, and leaping ability. The tall receiver towers over the majority of cornerbacks who line up against him.

18.) Baltimore Ravens - WR - JAMES WASHINGTON
Washington has deep speed to stretch defenses downfield. Once he gets going, he can run by cornerbacks and safeties. Washington is very dangerous at running posts down the middle of the field or go routes along the sideline
