Not suppose to trade 2021 picks until after the draft, but Jets can always draft pick 1.6 for giants Dave will go from owning the 2020 rookie draft to the 2021 rookie draft
cannot be processed until after the draft, but approved if both teams agree to pick and trade after draft

Was about to ask if we can trade 21's
Interesting move from NYG. Are we about to see Russell Wilson waived because one more year at 23M will be hard to shift and NYG also need to get under cap, if google docs are correct

If we have work arounds there's not a lot of point to the rule. Make 21's available for all and send the 6 pick to NYG assuming it passes.
